This is only our second blog, but hopefully you’re getting the idea. Our aim is to get through this period of Coronavirus / Covid 19 with as little fuss and as much fun as possible.

So you’re stuck in the house self-isolating or ‘working from home’. <<< Sure you are. You’re dressed and everything. (Shhhh)

I don’t care. I’m in Rudolph jammies.

But even though you’re in lockdown you can still take part in this. I want you to record your funniest joke on your phone. Or the story that slays everyone in the pub and has the tears rolling down your friends’ faces. Record it, and share it with us here. We’ll send it around the world to prove laughter is the best medicine and that a smile, smirk or giggle can travel faster and last longer than anything trying to knock us down.

On the virtual stage today – Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel and my mate Boogie.

The last one did it because I pestered him, the first two most likely because they’re contractually obliged, and also because when you’re used to standing in that spotlight every night, I imagine it’s an incredibly addictive thing to have removed just like that.

The host needs the audience just as much.
